Two errors: 1) Offset printing that is most likely due to 2) the entire top edge of the bill is folded from top to back. The amount of offset is about the height of the fold. This is an interesting error that I have never seen before.
At first glance, the bill looks like it has been trimmed. However, flipping it over to the back reveals the paper fold, which is quite tight.
